User having trouble Syncing their Apple Watch

Update to the latest iOS version. 

If the watch was connected only via cellular (if the watch model was cellular) in some cases is not enough (network connectivity issues). Connecting it with bluetooth would ensure a stable connection between the two devices. Please enable and check bluetooth.
