Please allow some time for the results to be posted, as sometimes the MyFitnessPal servers could be slowed down due to heavy traffic. Another thing to try would be to refresh the home page of MyFitnessPal, to see if your results show.
You can also try logging out and then back into your account through the official MyFitnessPal app. This should resolve most issues. Thanks!
